Collective Shuttle Bus General Conditions

Booking and Departure
1. Booking can be made until 4.00pm of the day prior to the date of the service. The pick up hour (arrival of the minibus at the address of departure), shall be communicated by our office, after 6.30pm of the day prior to the date of the service.

Arrivals
2. The Shuttle Bus driver waits for you in the arrivals lounge with a sign that reads “AIRSERVICE”

Service Start
3. The first Shuttle Bus arrives at the airport at 5.00am

Flight delay
4. The transfer for the arrivals is guaranteed every day until 11.30pm. In the case of delays, subject to timely notice by the customer, our service will run until 1.30am applying the following additional charges: between 11.30pm to 00.30‚ € 15.00 per booking, between 00.30 to 1.30am‚ € 30.00 per booking.

Payment
5. Payments can be made in cash, by Bancomat, credit card (Visa and Master card) and Paypal

Refunds
6. In the case of cancellation provided within appropriate notice time as outlined in point 7 of these conditions, the paid services shall be refunded within 30 days.

Booking Cancellation
7. Cancellation of the booked service, without penalty, is accepted until 12 hours prior to the pick up time communicated or flight arrival time communicated. For cancellations made between 12 and 6 hours prior to the pick up time communicated or flight arrival time communicated, a penalty of 50% of the overall total cost of the service shall be applied. For cancellations made within 6 hours prior to the pick up time communicated or flight arrival time communicated, the entire amount for the service shall be debited. The failure to present oneself and/or refusal of the service without notice shall see the entire amount for the service debited.

Journey Variation
8. The service may be subject to journey variations due to traffic issues, climate conditions, road accidents, or any reason other than the ones given as examples, such as psychophysical problems of the passengers or the drivers, physiological emergencies, airport mistakes. Please also note that in order to meet needs of our passengers, the journey may be subject to variations that however shall not compromise the arrival time at the airport. Such above-mentioned variations may be made without notice and shall not change the agreed price of the journey.

Luggage
9. Each passenger can transport up to 2 standard suitcases, each luggage in excess, must be declared upon booking, in order to avoid the vehicle not being suitable for such transport. It is at the drivers’ own discretion to load onto the vehicle non declared cumbersome objects, and suitcases in excess that do not display safe transport conditions (broken suitcases, dirty, wet, etc) Personal belongings are under the passengers responsibility.

Additional Charges
10.For services from Bologna and Verona airports 30 minutes of stop for leaving the terminal are included in the price. For stops and waiting after the first 30 minutes an additional charge of € 15 per hour calculated per 30 minute slots.

Hiring with driver General Conditions

Booking and Departure
1. Booking must be received at least 12 hours prior to pick up time or flight arrival time.

Rates
2. Rates include possible motorway toll fees and fuel. Parking fees and possible (Z.T.L) Restricted Traffic Area expenses are excluded, thus borne by the customer.

Additional Charges
3. If not indicated in the estimate please note that the cost for the service does not include additional night charges applied between midnight and 5.00am
4. For services from the airport 30 minutes of stop for leaving the terminal are included in the price. For stops and waiting after the first 30 minutes an additional charge of € 25 per hour calculated per 30 minute slots.

Payment
5. Payments can be made in cash, by bank transfer, Bancomat, credit card (Visa and Master card) and Paypal
